This is a two-story, non-smoking unit. You have the option to rent just the main floor (1 - 4 person occupancy) the upstairs would remain unoccupied; or, the entire three bedroom, two bathroom unit.

The photo below shows the bedroom on the main floor.

Please note, you have no ocean view from this bedroom.

The main floor consists of one bedroom with a queen-size bed; bathroom with shower; spacious living room with twin trundle beds and a wood-burning fireplace; fully-equipped kitchen; dining room; sun room with large picture windows and a 4'x4' skylight; sliding glass door leading out onto large enclosed ocean view sun-deck with windbreaks and an awning over half the deck to protect from sun or drizzle. This combination is ideal for 2 people.

"Sea Vista's" optional upstairs can accommodate an additional 6 people. There are two ocean view bedrooms and a bathroom with tub and shower. The master bedroom has a king bed and twin trundle beds. The smaller bedroom has a queen-size bed. Both upstairs bedrooms have an excellent ocean view (see photos below). The entire "Sea Vista" unit has a maximum occupancy of ten people.
